@starting_over39, alrighty so I have a few different styles of waist trainers. That one in that photo has double support because it has the clips as well as a zipper, it gets allll your back fat covered and it REALLY straightens the back, it can take from 1-4 inches down depending on use and what you pair it with. I’ve been using this one and the sweat one and changing my diet.. it’s been about 34 days and I’m noticing a difference. The other is a sweat trainer. To be used at the gym or even just for cardio. And the I do carry the “slim belts”.

@starting_over39, I won’t lie for a few dollars, so I’ll let you know, waist trainers won’t do it alone. They aren’t meant to drop pounds.. more so to move the fat to more “favourable” places( hips and butt) which gives you the small waist.. an “hour glass figure”..but I did it along with changes to my diet and it all seemed to move very quickly and I dropped weight that way. I can let you know what I did if your interested.
