Any tips on how to get Aiden more into drinking his almond milk? He has always been breastfed and he still is when he wakes up, before nap, and before bed, but at this point I know it’s all comfort and he’s getting little to nothing out of me, so I want him to start drinking more almond milk or something similar but it’s like pulling teeth getting him to actually drink it all! I wonder if maybe I should try cows milk to see if he likes it? But I’m also nervous he’ll have a reaction to it since his dad and I both are lactose intolerant 😬

I have you tried cutting him off completely from the boob ?

He doesn't really need milk after 1. Just water but if you want try adding a little chocolate syrup?

@mami.jasmine, I haven’t I don’t really want to be completely done nursing yet I’ve got him cut down to 3x a day which is perfect for me and since he can go without it at nap time, I can have a day to myself again lol but if he doesn’t start drinking more I may have to...😞

I'm lactose intolerant and my baby tolerates cow's milk just fine. Try him with it and just watch closely for any reactions.
