So, my doctor said she’s in the transverse/oblique lie position and her head in putting pressure on my pelvic bone. Any other mom’s experience this? What does it mean and is there anyway I can move her from my pelvic bone to ease the pressure?

Hopefully she's trying to turn! Prenatal yoga can be helpful in easing the pressure. Hip opening poses.

@kambam, like squats? Do you think a chiropractor can help too?

Definitely! Getting adjusted can keep your hips aligned for birth. You can do squats. Just sit in the position and hold you don't have to go up and down.

@kambam, you think it’s her trying to get into the birthing position?

I would hope so mama! Lol otherwise it's gonna get pretty uncomfortable! I would suggest the chiro sooner than later and yoga when you can.

I actually started going the the chiropractor last month and I’ll be going back in a couple weeks. I’ll let her know what the baby’s doing. Thank God she specializes in working with pregnant woman! I’ll definitely do the yoga and squats too. Thank you!
