@tjsmomma, I’m not sure why but babies under the age of 1 can’t have egg whites but can have the yolk. Noah LOVES pancakes and waffles, fig bars, noodles, mashed potatoes are his absolute favorite, really any kind of potatoes. He’ll eat straight bread and toast with peanut butter or butter sometimes Nutella. He doesn’t really like eggs but he will eat fried egg sandwiches. Soft pieces of chicken, grilled cheese is a good one too.
Well you certainly can! I did scrambled eggs a lot. Shredded meats, cut up steamed veggies, potatoes, fig bars, oatmeal bars, waffles, pancakes, cheese...stuff like that.
We started around 7-8 months. I started with boiled carrot sticks (soft enough for him to mush but still hang onto, goat cheese, pita with hummus. If you google it there’s a great website on how to introduce different kinds of foods. My son loved BLW and he’s still a great eater.
Offer your baby small portions/pieces of different things. Find out what he likes to eat. But 6m is a little young I'd start with puree and around 8m can venture into blw
