Ladies what techniques have you guys used that has helped to potty train your daughter. I have a 2 yr old.

Today I sat her down in the toilet for over an hour with no pee and just crying tantrum on the toilet seat..

I heard some people just let them run around with no diapers.. and other stuff stressed out mom!!!
