Just wondering why are you power pumping so early ?

Wait im not supposed to ... I was told to do this by the lactation nurse. She said it would keep my supply going also ive called BECAUSe he eats like 9 *13 times on a Good day a bad day like 10 or 12 they said keep pumping or my supply would drop

Thanks thats what i was telling my mom that he feeds all day i shouldn't have to pump unless i wanna store milk but i was scared to stop .. Thought i would stop producing

His tummy cant handle the formula and he has really bad reflux so breast milk is our only option

Don't pump until around 6+ weeks. For now just feed on demand. That will keep your supply up. 😊

I second the other mommas. No need to pump so early. It's normal for them to want to nurse so often throughout the day. Let him nurse whenever he wants and for as long as he wants, he's what manages your supply.
