No that's wrong.. They should slip it under your door or mailbox but not put that on your door. They usually do that with eviction notices etc.. I would notify them by registered mail and in person about that to cover your tracks. That is defamation of character

@segreto46, I’ve been giving the notes back to them, and I wrote on it saying I’ve never been late. My landlord is a stuck up bitch that just like to cause problems.
