Update on Xander (sorry it’s so long) He has this condition called pneumothorax it’s basically where the baby gets air in between the chest wall & lungs & the air forces the lung to lose it’s elasticity & collapse. Yesterday he had it in both lungs today his right lung has fully recovered itself & is doing great. His left lung is slowly getting better as well It only has a small amount of unwanted air in it now! So that’s amazing! They’ll do another chest X-ray around 4 today to see how the left lung is doing again & if it’s gotten better they will start weaning him off of the oxygen! His white blood cell count was up so they was thinking he might have some type of infection so they started him on antibiotics yesterday & its already almost cleared up so that’s another great step! We’re slowly getting closer to our baby boy getting better! I’m praying we continue to keep getting great news! Oh & I finally got to go sit & spend time with my little love earlier💙 I actually was able to rub his little body & hold his hand & I couldn’t be more happier! He’s doing so good today so it seams as if all the prayers are working for him! Please keep them coming ladies❤️❤️
