If your dealing with nausea I find the first response gummies are the best. I suffered from really bad nausea with both of my pregnancies and would always throw up the pill because they are super hard on your stomach

Jamieson with for both pregnancy .. 
I also had been taking them prior to my 1st pregnancy. Take 1 before bed and all is good 😊
