ugh why is it so hard to buy a house sighs first people said that juan had to be either working 2 years for the temp service or 6 months with the company he his temping for after he gets hired on. i told this to my mom and she goes you have to talk to your father about it so my parents agree to be cosigners. so we start looking again and the next people go that we have to have a 580-600 credit score or we have to come up with 20% down which is like 10k. and a FHA loan you dont need that much but because SO is just a temp we were going to take 2k from our taxes to put as a down payment and now it's like we have to first build up his credit because i dont work. hoping i can get this job working from home doing data entry. because if i can pay some of my medical bills off i can raise my.score quicker than 6 months lol cause i am only a couple of points off then eliminate the other problem we have which is the fact that we are not married but we have a kid together and them wanting proof that he's the father sighs guess we are going to have to put off looking for a house until next year unless we can save up 10k
Here is a neat little trick. If you don’t work but your credit score is better than he is they can use that. And for medical bills if you pay $5 a month they can’t affect your credit
