What prenatal vitamins do you guys recommend? I've been taking the gummies but here lately I haven't been able to handle the flavor of them so I'd rather actually have a pill I instead.

I did the one-a-day prenatal with a second vitamin my OB said I should take, I forget which one but she said the only difference between the prescription and OTC ones was that the prescription had more of that one vitamin.

I've taken one a day and now I'm taking healthy mom because the store didn't have the one a day

I’ve been taking pregnacare max, its 3 for two on amazon at the minute. It has an omega fish oil to go with the other vitamins.

Omg the gummies wer good at first but then they wer too sweet. I couldnt doo the fish cuz I burped it up all day. So i got one that was plant based dha. It was like 20 a bottle but it worked.
