So I made my fennel... looked up some ways to cook it. Found roasted with Parmesan but I found out I don't have my block of Parmesan like I thought so I roasted it how I usually roast my veggies. It's not bad! And I figured out how exactly to cut it up and cook it. Many recipes say to pair it with fish which I would imagine this would be great with fish. 👍 said to be a great breast milk producer so hope it works.

@kambam, that's what my mom said! I was scared since I never tried it but I coated it with lots of garlic salt like when I roast broccoli so my kids eat it. It's not bad the way I cooked it. I actually liked it.

Good thing you like it! I really don't think anything can make me like it. I taste one seed and I'm jumping off a bridge 😂 I'm really not a picky person either.
