Okay lady's! My sister seriously needs help! She is getting a divorce but wanted to wait till she got back to Colorado but her still husband decided to be a dick and file for a divorce a month ago in Kansas (That's where they live) so question is how will court go with the kids? Will she have to stay there till there grown she has a 7 year old and a 3 year old. She wants to be back home with her family and friends she's scared and needs help! So if anyone can help please PLEASE do!!

@kai_miller regardless of who does more housework, doesn't mean one is more suitable a parent than another. And no one can predict what will happen. What the courts do what is stability though and it is very hard to convince them that pullikng a child out of school is what's best. I would suggest she get her affairs in order, plan for the worst and hope for the best. Is she financially stable without him?

But hes trying to convince everyone that my sister doesn't do anything. But all he does is sit on his ass and play his video games they've been married for 5 or 6 years and i have never seen him do anything around the house he doesnt do dishes or clean or do laundry. He doesnt even spend time with his kids.

@worlds.okayest.mom um yea she is and she wasn't going to pull him out of school she was going to wait till he finished school then put him in the school my other niece and nephew go to. And yea he doesnt pay for shit and is controlling so she got a job and had been there for almost 2 years while he works mommy and daddy and doesn't get payed...
