You get antibiotics during delivery. She's not at risk for it until you're in labor.

Yeah but I'm supposed to have them 4 to 2 hours before I go into labor , it would be more safe this way ,

I had strep b with my son and was in labor for 3 days before I got it. As long as your water doesn't break she will be fine.
