I think I’m finally gonna talk to my doctor about my PPD. Until about 2-3 months ago it really wasn’t that bad like I’d have down days where I just wanted to be alone and lazy and of course emotional but here lately I’m so anxious I can’t even drive a car and I can’t control my anger at all. I just get so irritated so fast and usually I’m a very calm person and even when I do get angry I control it very well but lately I just lash out at everyone for the smallest things and I have no interest in leaving my bedroom most days or being around friends or anything. Sooo I think it’s definitely time to admit my issue and get some help. 😔

I just want to say I’m so proud of you for actually wanting to talk to your doctor. Reaching out is the HARDEST part of having PPD. I had it so bad after having my son, it got to the point where either I take my life or I call my doctor. The anger isn’t part of you, it’s a nasty side to the PPD, and you’re doing the right thing for your little one. Once you start talking about it more and get on an anti depressant and possibly anxiety meds you’ll start feeling a lot better. It took me quite some time, but I’m in a much better place than where I was two years ago. Nothing but Love for you!

Good for you ppd is really hard to deal with. And it does set in late sometimes when my baby was 3 months I was fine but by the time he was 10 months it was out of control. Anxiety is sooo hard to deal with I don't really have any advice bc I don't know how to handle it myself , but talking to your dr and getting meds is such a good decision. Stay strong mama
