Any prenatal gummies with DHA and folic acid is fine. Ur doctor could prescribe u iron if u need it :) that's what I do. I take the cvs brand gummy prenatals and take my prescribed iron separate.

The prenatals they prescribed me make me so sick ! Even just the smell 😷

I'm not currently pregnant, but I just got a folic acid supplement by itself. Super tiny, no smell, and easy on the stomach.

Honestly gummy’s were the only ones that I could take. Not all of them but I used to get the one from Walmart just the storebrand ones worked good for me!

I take the spring valley gummy prenatal, the only thing I can take!

What do they taste like? I’ve seen sour ones too but I’m nervous and don’t want to waste the money if I can’t take them. 🤦🏾‍♀️

@kat616, yea? I heard folic acid is super needed as it can prevent Burt defects and other things and other vitamins you can get through a healthy diet but I’m going to ask my OBGYN on Friday to be sure

My obgyn prescribed me Vitafol...they are raspberry gummies that look and taste great.

@jenniferreed1923 I was having the same problem with my prenatals until I started taking spring valley gummy prenatal and I have so much energy and don't feel like crap try them out they met help you out
