For me it was best for me too go in super thirsty so when they give it too you...you can drink it all at once. Since I did that...I really didn't taste anything. If you know what I mean.
Be prepared, it's kinda like syrup, but it's really not bad. But definitely agree with @daddysangel24 go in kinda thirsty but not dehydrated, drink plenty of water the night before
@teen_mommy_17 Yes drink plenty of water the night before. If I'm not mistaking when I did mine...they told me not too eat breakfast because they had too do a lot of blood work.
