@lexirosex3, no. Cause if you bought it as is. That means you agree to buy it in whatever condition it is. Lemon law covers 30 days I believe, but even then, as is is really just that. When I first moved to PA, my fiance bought an as is car and the engine blew 2 days short of 30 days, but because he signed the papers basically stating that he'd take the car and whatever issues it comes with he was stuck. He took it to the dealership and had to get a new one and they gave him 1k toward a used NOT as is car.

@lexirosex3, believe me I went in there and spazzed out for him, because he a very soft spoken man. but in the end he signed the papers. I really think they gave him the 1k toward another car BECAUSE I flipped out.
