Mom's who are sleep training keep at it cause we are having to go back and sleep train Trey all over again due to a couple of lazy nights. Also letting your baby cry it out works wonders but it's dev hard to listen to lo cry 😣😧😩

Oh my poor baby. He's being sleep trained so he has to cry himself to sleep for ten minutes.

Why is there such a push to do it so early?
SLEEP TRAINING
So.. we hired a sleep consultant to try to help our baby soothe himself to sleep and we got a sleep training plan for him. It's basically putting him down in his crib, sound machine on, and letting him cry for 3 minutes before going into the room to comfort him. The plan is to repeat this until he falls asleep by himself (which I believe will take us the whole night, if we are lucky)
I tried something similar when he was about 2 months old. I started at 7 pm and gave in at 2 am ...
Any advice for sleep training at 6-7 months? My baby is still getting up about 3 times and wants bottles which I don’t think is necessary at this age. Do I cry it out or what?
