I be on YouTube sometimes watching videos of Newborns and Type of Births . So ( tmi ) but how long does it take for you coochie to get back to normal size ?? I’m going to do Kegel’s as soon as I pop my baby out🙅🏽♀️!

It didn’t take me that long by the week mark everything was back to normal I stopped bleeding and everything

Lol. I would say 6 to 8 weeks. I had a first degree tear and had to get stitches. That place heals and it is as good as new.
The first time hurt a little though. If you’re breastfeeding, you may need to get vaginal estrogen cream. It affected how wet I got. (TMI) Then again, I was with my ex and I was miserable.
I’m in a healthy and happy relationship now. I’m sure I’ll heal a little faster and it won’t hurt as much. My current man knows what foreplay is. (TMI, sorry... but true) 🤣

Doing kegels anyways during pregnancy is recommended

@southernsass, yes true. Kegels make your pushes during labor more effective too!

@lulu85_18, I dont kno what kinda tear i had but i did get stitches. We behaved and didnt try anything during that 6 weeks. But good as new! Dare i say a lil better lol. It was a smidge uncomfortable at the beginning but slow and steady wins the race lol.

@madukes, it was mostly likely first degree (the most minor). I had a friend that had a third degree tear (the worst) and she said it still hurt after 9+ weeks.
