@damiensmommy1117 its cause i sleep on my right side and i guess my whole wight is on it my legs and then i turn to my left side the same thing happends
Unless your doctor specifically tells you not to then you're fine hon. You will start getting uncomfortable before anything would happen to you or baby. I slept on my stomach until 35 weeks when my belly got too big lol
The only reason I stopped sleeping on my back is because my belly got too big and my son would push on my lungs and I wouldn't be able to breathe right. Pregnancy is difficult enough, get comfortable however you can girl!
I was lucky and I didn't get heartburn until I was like 35 or 36 weeks, but when it started it was hell. I'm sorry youngster to deal with it so early! Have you tried Zantac? That's the only thing that helped me.
I think in your late second trimester and third trimester is when it's recommended to not sleep on back. Cause it cuts blood flow to placenta or some thing like that. Do the pillows and try to prop your upper body a bit more up. It helps me.

Like you don't want to sleep on your sides or that's the only way you can sleep?

I had to put a pillow between my legs because my hips and legs would start hurting if I slept on my sides, have you tried that yet?

And if you don't want to sleep on your sides, you can sleep on your back or even your stomach if you're comfortable enough.
