Both. It's how they make them tight that's the difference. Labor contractions start at the top

My labor contractions started at the bottom. And didn't squeeze a whole lot but my BH did.

@myboys1962 yeah probably BH. When I went into labor my back hurt real bad too. Like alot of pressure in my lower back.
