My back is burning. It hurts so much. Still recovering in the hospital after my c section. Does anyone know any comfortable sleeping positions ? Because laying on my back hurts so much. Can I lay on my side with a horizontal incesion ?

@lexitorres913, the nurses in the hospital let me use a pillow behind me and a pillow slightly under my tummy kinda like my tummy was resting on the pillow and between my legs

I had a c section and laying on my right side with a pillow was the safest way to sleep @babyymomma13, she’s right 😃

My dr said as long as I was comfortable and not in pain I was fine.

I would lay in my right side and like kinda lean back on a pillow
