I was about to go to sleep then felt something wet on the side of my hip... My sons diaper leaked when he peed smh!! I hate when they leak. My son pees ALOT but I also keep him hydrated during the day and night so that's why 😔 His diapers usually will leak about 3 times during the night so I'm constantly changing his diapers through the night. I need to potty train him asap. Any tips on how to start him? When I go to the bathroom My son will usually follow me so I'll sit him on his potty but he doesn't use it all he wants to do is turn around and play with the Disney cars lid on it 😒

@karen309 Yeah I've tried the night time huggies pull ups And they leak as well 😕

That worked for me. I think I read somewhere there’s a time you should stop giving liquids, but I can’t remember. I think it was 1 1/2 hrs before bed. Good luck!

Have you tried off brand diapers? We all try to use the name brand but honestly the store brand works better sometimes. I've found that dollar General and family dollar brand hold up pretty good

I haven’t tried potty training yet. She’s late walking so I want to think that once we get her mobile I’ll get her started on training but we’ll see

And also try not giving him anything to drink b4 he lays down especially if you plan to potty train him soon

Do you have an activity cube or board he can play with on the potty. It will distract him. The when he does pee you can celebrate and make a huge deal so he understands what the potty is for. Books about how the potty works are great too. However, you are a ways from him being trained at night. My daughter just started staying dry all night since she moved to a big girl bed and it isn't every night.
