Lay on your side? With a pillow between your legs.

Walking makes my worser, either I take a nice bath rub my stomach drink something and lay down, also my doctor said drink a whole glass of water and empty your bladder and they should go away hope you feel better

Hot baths help me and warm milk

@lovvechung, my tub seems so small to my big belly self lol. I have literally never had warm milk maybe I’ll try that.

@ashleybrunais98, thanks I hope so too. They just seem to happen daily and I was a bit worried since it’s happening a lot more. I know my baby boy is bigger than he is supposed to be maybe that could be causing it

But they definitely have been coming more than going lol
