My daughter skin has gotten worst 😟. Little bumps all over her stomach & a few on her arms and back.

It she eating anything different?

I would not do that. You are momma now so you have to make the decisions. They dont need juice or food before 6 months and really dont need it then. I would wait and try again later. Starting too early can cause food allergies. My daughtet just had that same reaction to banana all over and I started food at 8 months

Also soaps with no fragrance and laundry detergent with np fragrance would help as well as water wipes.

Yes, everything bee said and also keep her skin moisturized. Babies skin is very sensitive especially during this kind of weather. Try to moisturize at least 4x a day.

My daughter had a similar rash but not as bad. I was doing lotion only at night but as soon as I started putting lotion on her whole body in the morning and afternoon top it all went away! So it’s possibly just super dry skin!
