My TL at work has such a nasty attitude, & anytime she schedules for us to have a 1:1 she feels as if it’s okay for her to speak to her colleagues in a way that I wouldn’t speak to my kids. I’ve reached out to her Manager to see if they could place me on a different team and that wasn’t a success. This ladies attitude will make you pull all your hair out. I try my best to be professional when I’m speaking with her, but it’s becoming incredibly difficult at this point.
