Breast feeding mommas how long was it before your period showed up?

@lovelyjane I believe it was almost a year like a month or two before my sons first birthday

9 weeks. I breastfed for 14 months and still got my period ever month 🤷🏼‍♀️ I wasn’t a lucky one haha

@zachattackmomma, omg so did it hurt to nurse while you where in your period?

Going on five month of breastfeeding. Still no period

@lovelyjane, nope 🤷🏼‍♀️ maybe it’s because I have a high pain tolerance or maybe because the nipples were numb from all the feedings haha

After I weaned my daughter it took another 2 months for me to get my period. I was about 5 months pp.

@lovelyjane, I have endometriosis so I always cramped with periods 🤷🏼‍♀️ also why my pain tolerance is a bit high haha
