I just want you guys to know that’s it’s possible to achieve your health and fitness goals it’s just hard work. You have to be willing to put the work in to get the results you need. There’s no secret just healthy eating and exercise.
@corasmommy12517, lol thank you. I need to get back there. I lost 30 pounds and gained back 12 and since I’ve gotten back on track I’ve lost 5 outta that 12 gained ugh
