Not that this didn’t happen before pregnancy, but I definitely just sneezed and peed myself a little while driving.....…

Lolllllll get used to that.

Anytime you have pee in your bladder & you sneeze, cough, and ESPECIALLY throw up.... it’s gunna happen

It happens to every pregnant woman! And if they say it hasn’t (they r lying)

I do that even right after I pee I've learned to cross my legs when I have to sneeze or cough and try to do kegals at the same time u might want to look into getting panty liner or pads depending on how much u pee urself

One time I spilled a whole pee cup on the back of my pants at my Obgyn off I was soooo embarrassed my hubby made fun of me the whole time

I feel ya. I pee myself almost daily at this point and have made it a point to carry a change of clothes. I feel like an over grown toddler
