yes! idk how accurate it is about how much but they can see if there is some or not

Yes. I have an ultrasound picture of my daughters head and it shows the hair. She pointed it out to me it was indeed hair and printed it out for me. But my daughter wasn't born with very much hair lol i thought she'd have more by the picture lol

Yes! But remember babies have a full body of hair (lanugo) for most of the pregnancy until they put on a good amount of fat to keep them warm.
