Do you have a yoga ball? There are exercises you can do with a yoga ball to help “naturally induce” yourself it helped me open up

With my first daughter, I went into labor 2 days after loosing my mucus plug , Fingers crossed this is it !! Can’t wait to meet my baby boy 👶🏻💙

Was it your bloody show or just some of the mucus plug? I lost my mucus plug for a couple of days and then had my bloody show and my water broke a few hours later.
