Does anyone know what I can give my 2 months and 4 days baby for teething and how much I can give him or should I call ob. Nurse and ask them.
@beemommyof3 how much should he be drinking a day for oz. And yeah I always do he's not really gassy now that I changed to half and half just now he don't poop hardly at all to I don't know if he is having s problem there but at 4 he was pretty loose so should I not worry about that
@beemommyof3 sences 4 this morning he only has ate 12 -16 oz all day. But I usually make a 4 oz bottle all the time.
@beemommyof3 my doctor told me to try it because he was so gassy and he wouldn't keep any of it down so he told me to do half and half. And he does keep more down now but now he hardly poops and idk if that is normal or if it should be giving him something for it.
@beemommyof3 he us to be all breast milk but I had to go to half and half because he has been so gassy that I have been trying half and half. But he has been so fussy today:(
@beemommyof3 I don't know if it's his teeth that are coming in that's why I can't get him to stop crying or if it's because he hasn't been pooping hardly he had a poopy diaper at 430 this morning but nothing yesterday and nothing more today. Anything I can do for that or should I ask them that to.
@lizibear84 sences the clinic is close do you think I can call the hospital and ask a on nurse.
@hmpjcp20143 It is hard to say. formula and breastmilk are 2 different doses. Breastmilk is 1 to 1.25 ounce per hour so 24 ounces if you were exclusively breastfeeding. Formula they nees twice as much to get the nutrients needed so it is different. Not sure. the child would benefit from less milk more often most likely. They dont need 4 oz at a time
