Why do men get butt hurt when you dish out exactly what they do and say to you. He was leaving AGAIN, like he always does to go to the gym or whatever after he’s been gone all day, and Jax won’t even go love on him anymore. So I said something joking like “maybe if you hung out with him for once”. I mean can you blame the kid? Even when my SO is here he’s doing his own thing most of the time. It’s not like this is just during the week for work, it’s the weekend too. He just constantly has to be doing something and we are always stuck at his parents. It can’t be like this when we move out in a few weeks, I’m not doing it.

Try letting it go..take care of yourself. Take a hot bath and watch a movie..let him be like that..my husband is the same way but worse. He is in the house and siting next to me and hit really there..

@brown.sugar, that’s just it though, anytime we do get into one of those conversations he can never find the fault within himself. But yet he also isn’t blaming me for anything. In his mind everything is always perfect, and I just cannot comprehend how he thinks that. I know I’m imperfect as well. It’s almost like he’d rather just be indifferent to everything and not express feelings towards certain things bc he doesn’t want to have conflict. I hate conflict too, but to me that’s not how you communicate, it’s unhealthy. He’s always wanted me to speak my mind and not bottle things up but he does it as well. At least I do open up and say what bothers me, it’s just that he never understands why or what is bothering me because he thinks he is doing everything right. It drives me insane, because in no way shape or form is he perfect. At the least, he could apologize for the times that he has done things to upset me and try to be understanding, because it’s not all pregnancy hormones, ya know.
