Baby blues are very common usually the first two months of having a baby, if it drags on it could be postpartum depression. Talk to your counselor. Keep in mind that this is a big change not only on you but on your partner too. You have to be patient with him the same way he has to be patient with you

It's such a normal feeling. Of course, you're trying to adjust to being a mom. Struggling to use the bathroom, shower, eat, sleep. You're feeling touched out and emotional. It can be so hard! Not a bad idea to see a family therapist through your doctor but also don't hesitate to ask family, friends and your spouse for anything you might need. Communication between me and everyone went out the window after I had my baby.

@motherof3boyz702 yea its so bad , I feel no connection. I love him I know I do and he's such a good dad but I just don't feel like I do
