So anyone have any relief tricks for sciatic nerve pain? I think my little one is sitting on mine in my left side as all yesterday evening in the lower part of my leg, I had uncomfortable pain. I'm not swollen, drinking tons of water. The only thing I have found that relieves it for a short time is putting my foot up... help!?
