Im laying down and i hear my 1 1/2 yr old saying "owie" my thinking she has an itch on her legs i scratch it then i noticed her legs are bumpy. So im looking at them and both legs are full of bumps. Then i flash my phone light on her face and noticed its all over her face as well. I have no idea what this is she ate what she usually eats havent changed my detergent can someone please lmk if yall have any idea what this could be?
