This seems to be happening to a lot of babies this winter. My baby is starting to get eczema on her back and cheeks. Im thinking it's chaffed from the cold weather this winter. Their skin is so sensitive. Try aquaphor or palmers cocoa butter. Ask a dr if it doesn't get any better or cause discomfort
