Wash my face, light a candle, glass of wine, clean, Pinterest, take a shower, or go for a walk, even listen to music just depends what's causing me to be anxious
Just try to keep myself grounded. Really focus on my breathing or focus on one my five senses. Like smell or touch. If you have play dough laying around that really helps, as weird as it sounds.
