Medela is a good brand, that's what I heard. My insurance covered it too and I decided for that brand 😁

These are really good. I highly recommend them, but insurance doesn't cover them. They're like $15 total from Amazon though. They're much gentler and work much better for me than a regular pump.

I liked the freemie one put it on with my sports bra or u can try the one where is hands free and u can walk around with it connected to ur hip I'm not sure the name though

Usually they send you the options they have to offer through insurance , that’s what mine did I had 4 to choose from
