@monstersoares48, well, my doctor swept my membranes & it made my water start leaking, and I got to 3cm by the next morning. So my dr told me to go in & they put me on pitocin & every 30 minutes they would make it stronger and honestly I didn’t feel much until 5cm then I got the epidural and just relaxed. Honestly it’s all in your mind, just stay positive and have good company with you. I had my mom and Grandma to help keep me calm.
