Counseling appt that i had scheduled on 12/19 i had to cancel because i was in the hospital. Counseling appt that i had scheduled for today got cancelled because the counselor had the flu.... Make up appt scheduled for 2/26... Hopefully that one works because according to my husband i REALLY need to talk to someone

@jane.austen64 lol i was like what do you mean and he was like you hardly sleep, are super snappy with everyone and little things throw you into a breakdown... I was like oops my bad i only have a million things going on in my life 😐

@dianne1211 I can relate to the million things. But I personally go to counseling, it does help sometimes. But having other sources with it is helpful like a good support system or/and a good church. Lol but of course no one can force you to do anything, if that's what he is doing?? It's entirely your choice.

@jane.austen64 oh he's not, he just knows that until i talk to someone who i dont have to see on a daily basis about the rape and get all my emotions out, then i will finally be able to breathe a little easier (or that's the hope at least)
