@alexisastitt, drink something sugary and lay on your left side. Any kinda movement counts, less than 6 is not normal and you should call your doctor.

I had the same scare and my doctor told me the bigger the baby gets the less theyll move.

How far along are you? Bc the further along you get, the less movement is actually normal.
