It hurts my soul to see that my best friend, the one who we were supposed to do these things together, got her wedding dress today and took someone else with her. We’ve drifted apart over the last 3 years due to our lives going in different directions but it still really hurts seeing posts where she’s calling someone else her best friend. It’s like I moved out of town and everyone forgot I even existed. It hurts even more because I don’t have anyone to call my best friend anymore. I’m so happy for her but I’d be lying if I said I’m not jealous. And her wedding is in September so if she wanted me in the bridal party, I think she’d have asked me by now. 😭 this chick was my literal best friend, ride or die, you wash my hand I wash yours. I never thought it would end up with us hardly talking.
