I know its pretty late. And my daughter wouldn't let me take a good picture. But can anyone tell me what this is on my baby's chin and neck. Its like small pink dots. I think its acne but I'm not sure?

@aurorasmomm i read online that it could be sweat that gets trapped in clogged pores. I was thinking it could be that. I dress her up in a onesie and cover her with a blanket. And I think she probably gets sweaty at night. Ill try and just let her sleep with get onesie and if it gets cold then ill cover her

@val746416, sweat can cause it you know moisture try and keep her neck try at all times my daughter would get those a lot

@beemommyof3 could i do anything about it? Or is there something that could have caused it?

@val746416, just cover her chest and down not her neck and during the day time if she drools make sure to clean it up right away and of course!
