Give them Tylenol. If that doesn't bring it down, call the pediatrician and see if you can alternate Tylenol and Motrin. Are they holding down liquids? How long has it been this high

@robynpeel1997 they've had a 103 fever for 2 days. Have you called the pediatrician? What did they say?

The fever is the body fighting off the flu. When's the last time you have them Tylenol? Are you doing both Tylenol and motrin

Give her Motrin. Is she holding down liquids? Get some Pedialyte in her as well

Good. There's not much you can do for the flu but give them the flu shot, it's probably too late for Tamiflu.

@robynpeel1997 did she get it within 48 hours of the symptom? All it does is shorten the flu, not cure it. You just have to ride it out.
