So after many months of trying to figure out what we want to name our son .... we finally picked the name just a little info: I'm Irish so I want my son to have either a Irish first name or middle name my fiancé is Mexican and wants our son to have his first name as a middle name so that just leaves the first name : so I picked Dylan Ramon Amezcua for our sons name ... we live right by the ocean 🌊 like 3 minutes driving and the name Dylan also means born by the sea 🌊 perfect right ??!!! ...... so here's the rant I texted my best friend the name and she texted back "seriously !!! What an ugly name " I know I'm preg and hormonal but it really hurt my feelings .... she wants me to name our son Cielo" for one I can barley say that name correctly my fiancé doesn't like the name Cielo and second of all I want me and my fiancé to name him !!! Is that so bad !!!?? Geez sorry for the drama mamas just was ticked off 💙💙

When I say were probably naming my son malakai my family goes, "isn't that the ugly ginger kid from children of the corn?! No!" like dammit lol. I wanna go with Poseidon now so I can stop hearing about children of the corn

@addeeisme, oh wow 😳 both names ur thinking about are beautiful and unique it's sad to me that people can't have more of a filter I would never think of saying something negative about what to name a child to someone
