I’m having a hard time with my weight . I feel so uncomfortable, unhealthy, unhappy & honestly disgusting with my body I can’t keep saying it’s baby weight Abel is almost two ... I want to be able to play with Abel for hours and not be wore out I want to be healthy I want to feel good about myself ... I need a kick start tho . I want to know what helped you . What helped you stay on track .

crossfit!! i repeat, CROSSFIT! the best program i could’ve ever got myself involved in. such a great community & workout. i ate semi-healthy but went to a crossfit class 4-5 times a week & my body was so thankful
You should check out @fitgirlsguide on instagram :-) they have great programs to get you started & they even include meal plans for you. They also have a great support system. You should really check them out
First thing I did was stopped pop and fruit juice and drank water only. That made me lose 10lb right there. I meal prep and exercise at least 3 times a week for 2 hours. Those both helped me a lot and baby can do it with you
