ADVICE NEEDED PLEASE Does anyone know anything about contact centres?

My daughters dad used to see her with me but he got violent towards me so now I don’t want to see him. He is not on the birth certificate so he is saying contact centres he has spoken to says he can’t apply for contact in a contact centre 🙄 he chats a lot of crap so don’t believe anything he says so if anyone knows anything about them please give me some info!
