@kambam, I have a clear one that can be taken apart to be clean but it doesn't really get his boogies out but the one from the hospital I'm sure needs to be cleaned but idk how
Boiling hot water salt and vinegar that's what I use to clean out my daughter's nose bulb but u have to make sure u you rinse it out like five to seven times just to make sure the vinegar and salt isn't still in there
Really hot water with a coupla drops of bleach and liquid dishwasher detergent. Squeeze it so hot water mix goes in it and let it sit for 10-15 mins. Then squeeze in and out a few times and rinse the same way with regular hot water. Sit it in a drain downward for excess water to dry.

Hot soapy water. Then just use plain hot water to make sure the soap is out
